Together, we’ll present a selection of my compositions from our album Dedications, as well as a set of jazz standards imbued with a lyrical, intimate vibe. "Asterismyth" album just released on major music platforms

I am thrilled to announce the release of my latest project, Asterismyth — a concept album just released on October 25th. The music blends elements of jazz, classical, and Greek traditional music, crafting a sound that is both sophisticated and dreamlike, enriched by poetry and songs. The recording features a talented ensemble of Athens-based musicians, including Katerina Konstantinou on vocals and lyrics, Dimitris Margaritis on violin and poetry, Stefanos Kozanis on piano and composition, Kostas Patsiotis on double bass, and Nikos Sidirokastritis on drums.

Saturday September 28th, 2024. A cosy musical evening took place at "Jazzét Café - Music Hall", the beautiful venue hosted Asterismyth's live presentation in a special event. The band members K. Konstantinou, D. Maragaritis, S. Kozanis, K. Patsiotis and N. Sidirokastritis, performed twelve new musical compositions inspired by the Star Constellations and Greek Mythical Figures. Orion, Gemini, Leo, Perseus, Hercules, were among them. New live concerts will be announced soon.

"Asterismyth" funding campaign completed successfuly - Thank you all!

Dear Friends, Thanks to your overwhelming love and support, we are thrilled to announce that the campaign for our album, “Asterismyth”, has reached its funding goal! Your generosity has made it possible for us to produce CDs, sheet music, and other exclusive items that will help bring our music to life and share it with the world. We are incredibly grateful and will be thanking each of you personally.

As a first step, we’ll reach out during the digital release of the album in about a month, ensuring you receive your digital copy as promised. "Asterismyth" recording session was held at Artracks Recording Studios, July 8-9, 2024

On July 8 and 9, 2024, the recording of the album "Asterismyth" took place at Artracks Studio. The sessions featured Nikos Sidirokastritis on drums, Kostas Patsiotis on double bass, Stefanos Kozanis on piano, Dimitris Margaritis on violin and Katerina Konstantinou on vocals. The recording was expertly engineered by Giorgos Priniotakis. Stefanos Kozanis composed the music, while Dimitris Margaritis and Katerina Konstantinou penned the poems and lyrics. Preparations for the album's release in the fall of 2024 are already underway. Stay tuned for further announcements, including details on upcoming concerts and presentations!

A cosy musical evening took place at "Zp87", the beautiful venue hosted Asterismyth's live presentation in a special event. The band members K. Konstantinou, D. Maragaritis, S. Kozanis, K.
